You already know what truth is – you practice it in every moment of conscious life.

This text does not explain what truth is from the outside, but guides you through the process of truth-finding itself. It begins with what you already do: “You are checking right now whether this is true.” Truth is not defined, but discovered in performance.

The Four Universal Structures of Truth-Seeking

1. Self-reference: The question of truth necessarily refers back to itself – you want a true answer
2. Integration of perspectives: The elephant principle – different viewpoints often each contain true partial aspects
3. Productive sublation of contradictions: Dialectical movement – contradictions are not the end of thinking, but its driving force
4. Systematic coherence: Truth reveals itself in the integration of all aspects into a coherent whole

What Makes It Special

The text solves the Münchhausen Trilemma (how do we justify our basic principles?) through performative enactment: Truth-seeking itself is the first principle – not as an abstract claim, but as living practice that you are already performing.

Relation to Other Books
